Problems Loading Photo Data

Cannot load photo data
Cause Solution
The photo data does not exist in the specified location. Make sure that the format of the file in the specified location is supported by EPSON PhotoQuicker.
Insufficient space on the computer's hard disk or insufficient memory. Free up sufficient space for EPSON PhotoQuicker to operate, or install more RAM.

The number of pixels in the photo being loaded is too small or too large.

Make sure that the image size is readable by EPSON PhotoQuicker and reload an image of a readable size. Refer to Supported Image Files in this guide.

Cannot load photo data from a memory card
Cause Solutions
The photo data is not saved on the memory card. Take the photo again. See your digital camera's documentation for details.
The photo data does not exist in the memory card. Make sure that the format of the file in the memory card is supported by EPSON PhotoQuicker.
The PC card is not inserted into the appropriate card slot correctly. Insert the PC card correctly into the appropriate card slot.

The card is damaged.

Use a new memory card. For details, see your digital camera's documentation.

Cannot load photo data from scanner
Cause Solutions
The photo data is not 24-bit color, 8-bit gray or 1-bit monochrome image. Change the color setting to 24-bit color, 8-bit gray or 1-bit monochrome, and then reload the data.

The photo data does not exist in the specified location.

Make sure that the connected scanner complies with TWAIN standards. For more details, see your scanner's documentation.

EPSON Product button does not appear
Cause Solutions

This button appears only when your Epson printer has a card slot, or your Epson camera can be read as a drive and is connected to the computer and on.

Make sure that the appropriate Epson printer or camera is connected to the computer and on, and then launch EPSON PhotoQuicker.

Cannot load a DPOF file
Cause Solutions

EPSON PhotoQuicker only reads DPOF information when it is started by another utility such as EPSON PhotoStarter (for printers) or EPSON CameraStarter (for cameras).

Use EPSON PhotoStarter (for printers) or EPSON CameraStarter (for camera) to start EPSON PhotoQuicker. If you use EPSON PhotoStarter, make sure that EPSON PhotoStarter is set to open EPSON PhotoQuicker automatically. For details on EPSON PhotoStarter, see your printer documentation.
